Yamaha YTS280 Student Tenor Saxophone

The Yamaha YTS280 Student Tenor Saxophone features a gold lacquered body which provides a high-end look and durable finish. The YTS280 comes with a new neck receiver for quick response and ease of play. This new addition also enhances the durability of the mechanism. An adjustable thumb rest accommodates most hand sizes and encourages a proper playing technique. By improving the low B-C# connection Yamaha has ensured consistent closing of the low C# key while also enabling clear responses from notes in lower ranges of the sax. This model comes equipped with a TS-4C mouthpiece recommended by teachers as a suitable upgrade for avid players. As well as this the saxophone comes with a plastic mouthpiece cap and case to protect the tenor saxophone during travel.
